We're keeping tabs on penalties for animal cruelty and neglect in the States and Territories.

 

Interesting to see that NSW, the biggest State of all, consistently has the lowest penalties :(  Not any more! As of 17 June 2021, NSW's penalties for animal cruelty offences have increased! We'll update our tables soon!
